AmaZulu FC president Sandile Zungu clarifies issues around head coach position at Usuthu. The club finished in the top 8 with coach Arthur Zwane, who joined the club last season. Arthur Zwane joined Usuthu from Kaizer Chiefs; he was appointed to work with Vusumuzi Kanu Vilakazi, who resigned last season. Following the appointment made by the club to appoint coach Simon Dladla, Zungu speaks on UKHOZI FM Prime Time Sports with Victor Molefe.

"When it comes to coach Simon Dladla, we know him and his past contributions, mostly his accomplishments. He managed to guide Durban City to the Premier League; when we got news that he had parted ways with Durban City, we didn't hesitate in contacting him. We made an offer to him, which he accepted, and now he's in Polokwane.

"We told him that Arthur Zwane is the head coach of AmaZulu FC; there's no confusion on that, parking order is very clear. We have two assistants to work with coach Arthur Zwane. Before, it was Kanu Vilakazi, as we spoke about him in the past. I liked Kanu and Arthur a lot, but then I'm so happy to hear that he's joining Kruger United. I loved the way he worked with Arthur, but I won't go back to explain why he left us."
