UDM takes Bafana Bafana coach to Human Rights Commission
United Democratic Movement led by General Bantu Holomisa filed a complaint to the Human Rights Commission . The party is requesting the commission to investigate the remarks made by coach Hugo Broos on Mbekezeli Mbokazi and his agent Basia Michaels . UDM is not happy about Hugo Broos after saying Mbokazi is currently black but he will come out white . This comes after Orlando Pirates captain missed his flight from Durban . Mbokazi arrived late at camp to prepare for the AFCON .
Hugo Broos made it clear that he was very angry when he was speaking on the media . He said " It was the coach of Orlando Pirates who informed me and he was very angry that he missed his flight . That was his words he has unprofessional attitude . I have spoked already to you about unprofessional attitude of South African players . Then Pirates sent me a message with nonsense , really nonsense . Why he missed his plane ? . I would not tell you what the nonsense is . Those are nonsense ; and that is the worst thing of that the club protect the player of his own professional attitude .
" This is South Africa and this is very bad , very bad . When you are 19 year old guy , you received a call up for the national team to play afcon , we play world cup next year . And the coach gives you more days off , if you are somebody with good attitude , you don't even want those two days and you are here on Monday like other players . So I will have a chat with him after training but I can assure you is a black guy but when he come out in my as a white guy because that I can't accept . I know why ; suddenly thinks he is a star . He thinks he has attitude of the star .
" I'm very angry, very of his attitude " . Regarding his move to join Chicago Fire Broos said " i will tell you what I think , what is he going to do in Chicago ? . Is not even a top team in America . If my info is right , I don't know . Don't quote me because they told me that he will be playing in the MLS 2 . Theres a second team , I don't know its the truth they told me , so I will ask him when I see him . But I know what happened the nice little woman who is his agent , who thinks he knows football she's doing what many agents are doing . How much can I get; if she is little bit clever . She knows there's AFCON , she knows next year there's World Cup that will be other teams, better for his career to go to and not to Chicago .
" What is he going to do alone there ? So no , I don't think its a good choice " . Minister of Sports , Arts and Culture Mr. Gayton McKenzie said for now he will wait for SAFA and coach Hugo Broos before he can comment . Bafana Bafana assistant coach Helman Mkhalele said " I won't go to each and every point but I would say that , issue has been resolved because it is important for us to make sure that we resolved issues like that , in order to make sure again that we continue with our preparations . So the issue of Mbokazi has been settled " .
