Ronnie his reasons to part ways with Generation

The former Generation actor on SABC 1, Ronnie Nyakale, known as Cosmo Diale, told Israel Matseke Zulu podcast that he was no longer happy to be in the soapie. Nyakale is also a former Yizo Yizo actor as Papa Action.  Nyakale said, "I was no longer happy; Cosmo was the simple character for me; I was no longer getting a challenge. I was used to do my lines without even reading them. I told my producers that this is bad for my career.

"Sometimes I could go to bed without learning my lines, the way Cosmo was so easy. I was no longer feeling the pain of being a character; it was like I knew Cosmo before I could even start. It was then that made me distance my happiness; it's like I was no longer growing but going down. I then found a way to talk to the producers. On Generation, you were not allowed to go and work outside, and that is in the contract.  

"Once you get used to being on the platform, as you know, Generation is the big platform; they started to make excuses for not coming to work. Those who did that have been caught, the majority of them. Each house has its own rules, so Generation rules are different from uZalo, although both are at SABC except the basics.  

"It is sad when they chase you; now I'm experiencing life after Generation. It's a fact that others will pay you half or full of your salary in a day."
