Ramosepele and Mnisi on Senzo Meyiwa murder trial

Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng on Senzo Meyiwa murder trial shocked everyone when he told Advocate Charles Mnisi to shut up when he was raising an objection . At the start of the proceedings Advocate Sipho Ramosepele reminded the court that , at the end of the previous proceedings there was interaction between the witness who is Sifiso Zungu and state prosecutor Advocate George Baloyi .

Ramosepele said " During that interaction there was an issue about a red vw polo motor vehicle ; that was allegedly from the witness driven by Mogane on his arrest . Mr Baloyi put a proposition to the effect that on the 04th of June 2020 , that motor vehicle was involved in an accident ; therefore its not possible that it was present when the witness was arrested . We went to the records and the transcripts of the 29 of November during the examination of Mr Gininda by the prosecutor . 

" Where Mr Gininda clearly says regarding the incident of Mr Ntanzi says ; on the 19th of June 2020 Miss Mogola indeed was not issued, with white BMW but she was driving a red vw golf that she used to transport accused number one to Thembisa court . So that proposition that motor vehicle was damaged by the 4th and by the 19th it was still not mobile ; cannot be true my lord " .

Mr Baloyi said " the evidence will had to be look in itself context , mean what Brigadier Gininda is saying is ; that is the car that is usually driven by her , but we will have a look at that report will speak to itself " . Advocate Mnisi said " i think this matter can be put at rest for now ; because the state is got those records , they can print it and make those records available . That's what they normally does " .

Baloyi further says " we are of the view that the potion that , Mr Ramosepele is referring to . Is the same potion that we refer yesterday . Where Brigadier Gininda testify that he as commander of the unit , he issued the red golf in question to sergeant Mogola .
