Orlando Pirates beat Arrows at King Zwelithini Stadium
Orlando Pirates have started their back to back KZN journey with a win . In the betway premiership match played at King Zwelithini Stadium on Wednesday night , Ezikamagebhula got the early goal in the first half from the own goal by Sbonelo Cele . It was expected that Orlando Pirates will take the game to the home team . In the second half Golden Arrows came back strong, fighting for the equalizer .
Their effort were rewarded in the 71st minute , when Thokozani Khumalo turn inside the box to beat Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Sipho Chaine . A minute later , ghe former Richards Bay striker Yanela Mbuthuma scored and in the 86th minute , completed his brace to give Orlando Pirates maximum points at Umlazi . On the weekend Orlando Pirates will face Richards Bay in the Carling Black Label Knockout Cup semi final at Moses Mabhida Stadium .
The fan favorite midfielder Relebohile Mofokeng came in the second half , after he was not in the game due to injury .
