Operation Dudula outside Gauteng Department of Education
Operation Dudula Movement gathered outside the Gauteng Department of Education to address issues of un-placed children at school . It has been raised that some of the schools are prioritizing foreign nationals over South Africans and that has raised concerns . Human Rights Commission of South Africa released a statement demanding rights of the children to be protected at schools , wanting law enforcement to react to any form of violence . It has been a major concern to most of the South Africans on how their Government is behaving on issues regarding illegal immigration .
It has been revealed that prior to the campaign some of the police officers , visited Operation Dudula offices to raise concerns as some of them are also affected by the system . Number of parents came to the Gauteng Department of Education offices seeking help for the future of their children . The campaign run in different provinces including KwaZulu Natal . The leader of March and March Movement Jacinta Ngobese told the media that , South Africans are not owing foreign nationals anything , therefore they can't suffer as a results of trying to compromise themselves . South African children they don't have home except South Africa but foreigners can easily go back to their countries .
One of the parent who preferred not to be named wrote us a piece of letter revealing number of schools that are only interested on foreign nationals . According to the letter , Kenilworth High School Principal told the parents that he is not a home affairs . He is not going to give priority to South Africans . Forrest Hight is full and dominating foreign national children . The Hill High it is only foreigners . They further blame the South African Government for failing to prioritize South Africans who voted for them but instead defending foreign nationals .
