Manchester City have managed to collect all points in the English Premiership match against Nottingham Forest on Saturday afternoon. Tijani Reijnders opened the scoring in the 48th minute for Manchester City. In the second half, in the 54th minute, Omari Hutchinson levelled matters. In the 83rd minute, Rayan Cherki scored a beautiful goal from the corner kick to give Manchester City all three points. Elliot Anderson got a yellow card in the 43rd minute for Nottingham Forest. In the Manchester City side, only two players got yellow cards, Ruben Dias and Nico O'Reilly.

Nottingham Forest's technical team made a number of changes in the team; Dilane Bakwa came in for Hudson Odoi, Taiwo Awoniyi for N. Dominguez. Man City replaced Rayan Cherki for Nathan Ake, Savino in for Tijani Reijnders. Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola said, "with the mistakes we have made, the mentality was unbelievable. In the second half, we changed, we had too many players behind the ball, using right pockets with breaks inside to create chances, that is what happened."

In other matches, Arsenal won 2-1 against Brighton, Burnley and Everton ended in a 0-0 draw. Liverpool, in the absence of Mohamed Salah who is playing AFCON, won 2-1 beating Wolves, Brentford hammered Bournemouth 4-1. West Ham lost 1-0 against Fulham. Chelsea lost 2-1 against Aston Villa.
