The former deputy president of the Afrika Mayibuye Movement, Nolubabalo Mcinga, has told the members of the media that she will be taking legal action against her former party. In October, Mcinga was fired by the party after she visited Umkhonto Wesizwe party leader Mr. Jacob Zuma. The party alleged that Mcinga's visit to Jacob Zuma was not approved by the party. The president of the party, Mr. Floyd Shivambu, is also a former party member. In the media briefing, she also gave reasons why Operation Dudula withdrew their attendance.

Speaking at the media briefing in Johannesburg, she said, "This press briefing has three clear purposes: The first one is to formally introduce the Azania Movement to the people of South Africa; the second one is to talk about important developments. This press briefing comes after the joint meeting between the Azania Movement and different communities, including foreign national communities and Operation Dudula."

"We are going to change the narrative of politics in South Africa. We are not going to use bombastic English, but the language that our people are going to hear. Our children have failed at school because they fail English and Maths; and Maths is also taught in English. So we need to advocate for the Khoi language hoping to make it an official language. Following my removal as deputy president of the Mayibuye Movement, I chose not to remain in silence. Instead, I returned to engage with the community.

" Last month City of Johannesburg removed many traders . Operation Dudula was condemn at Parliament for blocking foreign learners from schools . It was emphasized that such conduct destroy learning and it's unconstitutional . Court later confirms that Operation Dudula's conduct was unlawful , interdicting the group from harassment , intimidation , interference , access to health care , schools and unemployment .

" We engaged with community leaders , informal traders , foreign nationals ,different communities and civic organizations to understand the realities of the ground . Key concerns raised during this engagements ; foreign nationals says they want to returned back home but unable due to the risk and torture that they experience . The other concerns was willingness to those without legal status to contribute to health insurance for access health care . They say they can take out R50 to R80 but they want the government to agree to that , so that they are not Dudula when they go to health care facilities " .
