The Zimbabwean Football Association has made changes in the technical team ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers games. The Warriors have announced the squad to play against Bafana Bafana on the 10th of October at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban. The former Orlando Pirates striker Terrence Dzvukamanja and the former Kaizer Chiefs striker Khama Billiat are on the team to face Bafana Bafana.

The retired Warriors defender Kaitano Tembo has been appointed as the new assistant coach. Tembo has worked for a number of clubs in South Africa, Supersport United under the leadership of Pitso Mosimane, Gavin Hunt, Cavin Johnson, and Stuart Baxter. He became Supersport United head coach in 2018 up until 2022, winning the MTN 8 trophy. He also worked for Richards Bay and Sekhukhune United.
