" I did my high school education Ohlange near Stanger in Durban . We regarded that school as College of political education . There were so many activities of a political nature , most people went to that particular school , even our active politicians of today. The likes of the former judge president , Ceda Msimango , Jerome Ngwenya , Thabani Jali .
" After I matriculated in 1978 I had already made up my mind , that I was going to pursued law as career . It is started cleary on my book on how I came about on that particular decision . I went to Fort Hare University to do my degree for three years , I passed . I even received award for being the best student , I topped everyone and its documented . However Fort Hare was the black University I felt somehow at the back of my mind ; the quality or the standard of education i always feel i was something better elsewhere , it was bit inferior in my view .
" I wanted to go now and experiment teaching and learning rather at white institution . That time there were two top universities in the country; it was Stellenbosch and University of Natal , Pietermaritzburg " .
