Jose Riverio on Mohau Nkota

Carling Cup brand Advocate Jose Riveiro open up about issues relating to his former players at Orlando Pirates . Speaking to Robert Marawa on Marawa Sports World Wide Riverio said " Saleng issue opened the door and space for somebody else , in this case Mohau is one of those players who get more relevance , straight in his first season in PSL . Mohau played not one complete season in the PSL before moving abroad , which is something remarkable .

" I said many times ; South African Football is full of talent , pure football talent. Tactically football brains players really , really skilful . I coach in Europe in the Top league in different perspective . I was in Egypt now for four months . Those are things that , I know it is something that we are sharing amongst people in the club , scouting of those players .Taking players to the club where there's people who are working with them before coming into the first team .

" The contribution of assistant coaches , when I started in Pirates I think there was Innocent and Thabang Monari in the national team . Nobody cares at that time it speaks very well about what the club is doing . The fact that Pirates managed to give time and confidence to the young players ; opened the door also for other clubs to do the same . Makes space for the talent that is pushing to have an opportunity ; Rele , Nkota and Mbozani .

" That's very new football in South Africa . When we are surrounded by place ,we like to say im the one who put an eye to . Our job is to , try to guide them in the right direction . Correct couple things to be little bit more competitive . To give them confident to do in from of big audience " .
