Jessica Motaung joins FIFA

Kaizer Chiefs Head of Marketing and Commercial, Jessica Motaung joins FIFA in the men's football stakeholders committee. After her impressive contributions at Kaizer Chiefs, Jessica told SABC News prior to the closing of the PSL window period in September that the club is excited and ready to compete in the Betway Premiership 2025/2026 season.

Previously she was appointed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to be a deputy chairperson in the organizing committee for the Women Football Standing Committee. Kaizer Chiefs have earlier announced that coach Nasreddine Nabi won't be on the bench, but since then, no further announcements were made. The club is now led by Cedric Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef. 

Amakhosi received good news that the new signings; Asanele Velebayi and Luke Baartman are now eligible to play following the decision by Hilton Epstein, who declared them free agents. Cape Town Spurs is expected to issue clearance to enable the two players to start playing at Kaizer Chiefs.
