Jabu Mahlangu on Junior Khanye and Tso Vilakazi
The former Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana midfielder Jabu Mahlangu confronted iDiski TV analysts Benedict Tso Vilakazi and Junior Khanye following their recent comments on Bafana Bafana and coach Hugo Broos . Tso Vilakazi is the former Orlando Pirates midfielder , Junior Khanye played for Kaizer Chiefs and Maritzburg United as a winger . Mahlangu said " Im not fighting with anyone but i think I will have to put it as it is now . I seems that Tso he's still in December . How can he say the coach must be fired ? .
" On the new year , you are a coach , you have batches , but you are reckless . I think youngsters will start to loose respect on you . Coach has done a lot , you know in football , you win some , you loose some . You played the game ; you know that . As I said you only criticize without giving facts . I need to address you direct now and the show you are at . You only criticize without giving facts , why he must be fired? . Now we have pool of players , database to select players ; something we didnt have before. He brought our dignity back .
" If you say he must be fired ; then what about the next coach in five months before the World Cup . Before him stadiums were empty , people were not attending Bafana Bafana matches . Tso , you have batches why are you not coaching somewhere even if , its NFD ? . The coach said he is retiring he never said he is leaving , these are two different things . We can't be negative , bashing all the time it seems like you are pushing the Agenda . That was a very stupid comment from you . Theres nothing positive coming from you and Junior Khanye .
" Which coach has ever take us to AFCON back to back and the FIFA World Cup ? . In 2010 we qualified as host nation . The last time we played on the World Cup was in 2002 in Korea / Japan . Now you disrespect the coach , please put some respect to him and the players . It is like you are jealous of him and the players because they are now earning better than us in old days . You played the game but you sound like somebody who never played the game . You don't respect professional players , you are bashing them.
" Its about time now you have to stop .I played tournaments but I did not earn more caps because of my behavior and I took responsibility on that .
