Gwabini exposes prosecutors on Senzo Meyiwa trial

Defence witness Sifiso Zungu known as Gwabini has come told the court in Pretoria that , he went to the office of the state prosecutor George Baloyi three times but he was not getting helped . According to Gwabini upon his arrival , Baloyi was in the company of Dr Sibanda , Brigadier Gininda and Sergeant Mogola who referred her as Mam'fundisi . Gwabini said " Mogola told me not to dare entering the court , if so I will see what will happened . Mogola further said I'll be disturbing the proceedings while I wanted to dispute the lies from Constable Sizwe Zungu " .

According to Gwabini was outside the court when Sergeant Mogola told him not to enter in court . He came to court using his transport in which Mogola took him to the certain lady to complete claim forms . Gwabini described that lady as very rude one , who told him to leave his banking details because there was no money at that time. Gwabini further said " Mogola and Gininda told me that if I don't agree to the statement written by then ; they will kill me or arrest me . When I was in the office with Baloyi , Gininda and Mogola , Baloyi read a potion in the statement that says ; in 2014 Nkani was driving a silver polo .

" I had a problem with that because it was not true . Baloyi's reply was , would you allow me to read the whole statement and say the statement is yours . I said to him , if that potion is incorrect clearly the whole statement is incorrect . Then Baloyi asked me , are you really related to Constable Zungu ? . I said yes , he is my relative . Gininda said I must go to court and read this statement . I said I can't, he said you will .Gininda further says " you don't know the state. We will arrest you for five days , if again you don't wanna do it , we will arrest you for 90 days " .
