The motivational speaker , MC and Gagasi FM radio DJ Collen Zondo is calling all the Community Radio DJ'S to learn as much as they can while they are still in the Community Radio . Speaking to Msimango News Zondo said " When you remembered I started this journey at the Community Radio , it is where you get basics of the real radio . Hold on , learn as much as you can because you are still going to move either from the Campus Radio , Community Radio to the Commercial Radio .

" But if you have learn in the Community Radio which is an intro to the radio you can be a good radio presenter for Commercial Radio and be the best . It means it is where you get trained , it is where you test yourself wheather do you love the job or not . There are people who just do radio because they saw us doing it , not just because they wanted to become radio presenters , therefore they think they can also do it . You have to be passionate when you do radio " . Zondo is the founder of the Collen Zondo Foundation . He is offering master classes , teachins on how to make money using social media " .
