Ex - Kasie FM DJ advices next DJ'S

Former Kasie FM radio presenter Excellence Jabulani Rodney Xhasa sending the message to the new upcoming radio Presenters . 

" After serving the local radio station for over two decades , as a presenter and as a programmes manager had now left the station joining Ekurhuleni Municipality . It was an honour to be part of the process and witness were it finally went on - air permanently , seeing the talent identified and gave opportunities . I still say , had it not been for Kasie FM and the work I did there for more than a decade I wouldn't not be working where I am now . The station provided me with invaluable experience ".

" Be true to yourself don't copy anyone else , Radio is internal , you are externalize it when delivering the presentation . You must be honest with yourself about the ability and talent you have being on radio , if you don't have it don't force it , if you have it then nature it . 

" Radio should come naturally . Remember practice will help you to grow , record demos and share with people close to you for their opinion . Make use of community radio stations in your area to gain experience . Do not focus on negative people , take guidance . Do not do radio for wrong reasons because it will catch up with you " .
