Three countries will be hosting the FIFA World Cup tournament in 2026 . The matches will be playing in 16 different cities across the three countries ; Canada , Mexico and USA . FIFA President Gianni Infantino , USA president Mr. Donald Trump , Brazilian football legend Roberto Carlos , Cote D'Ivoire football legend Yaya Toure , former Black Stars striker Asamoah Gyan and Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos were amongst the people who were at the event .

Group A : Mexico , South Africa , Korea Republic and the winner from the play-offs ; Denmark , North Macedonia , Czech Republic , Ireland .

Group B : Canada , playoffs winner , Qatar , Switzerland . 

Group C : Brazil , Morocco , Haiti , Scotland 

Group D : USA , Paraguay , Australia , play-offs winner .

Group E : Germany , Curacao , Cote D'Ivoire , Ecuador .

Group F : Netherlands , Japan , winner from play-offs, Tunisia .

Group G : Belgium , Egypt , Republic of Iran , New Zealand . 

Group H : Spain , Cape Verde , Saudi Arabia , Uruguay .

Group J : Argentina , Algeria , Austria , Jordan .

Group I : France , Senegal , play-offs winner , Norway .
