Fadlu Davids after joining Raja Casablanca

The former Simba SC coach Fadlu Davids has arrived in Morocco to start his duties with Raja Casablanca. Davids worked with Raja Casablanca as Assistant Coach before joining the Tanzanian giants. In South Africa, he worked for Maritzburg United as Head Coach and at Orlando Pirates as Co-Coach with Mandla Ncikazi. 

On his arrival, Davids said, "It's a fantastic feeling to be back home; a club that has a good feeling, good reception already from the players. It feels very good to be back and hope to have a successful season. Of course, with a club like Raja and you have an ambitious coach that is available; it starts with Botola. We have to try to win every game.

"Yes, we are thinking about a cup, but at the moment, we just have to focus on our next game. Good atmosphere already from the players. The feeling at the club is different, very professional from the top to the way down. We want to cultivate that high-performance culture throughout the club.
