Clifford on Chippa United game

Marumo Gallants will play against Chippa United in the Betway Premiership match on Sunday. Gallants will go into the game following the great result in the Carling Knockout Cup, when they knocked out Mamelodi Sundowns 7-6 on penalties. In the last two games, Marumo Gallants lost 1-0 against Siwelele FC and drew 1-1 against Kaizer Chiefs.

The 29-year-old Marumo Gallants star Jasen Clifford said, "I think it is important to finish our chances, and very important; we need the three points. The boys are highly motivated. We are ready." Chippa United coach Luc Eymael will fight back after suffering 4-1 against Richards Bay in the Carling Knockout Cup. The Chilli Boys are without victory in the last two league games, 0-0 against Stellenbosch FC and 1-1 against Sekhukhune United.
