Relegated side Cape Town City referral claim for arbitration has been dismissed by Arbitrator Hilton Epstein SC. The club has been instructed to pay the costs of the arbitrator, Marumo Gallants on the high court scale in accordance with scale C. Prior to the dismissed claim, Cape Town City won an arbitration case against Marumo Gallants regarding the improper registration of Monde Mphambaniso.
